Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Rongoā Māori, this journey is an offering—an invitation to recognize the forest as a reflection of the mind and a portal to inner peace. Through a blend of online content and in-person experiences, participants will be guided through sacred practices such as karakia (prayer), breathwork, and deep presence, learning to attune to the mauri (life force) of the land and surrender to its gentle guidance. The forest holds profound wisdom, whispering through the rustling leaves, the songs of the birds, and the stillness of ancient trees. Here, in this living sanctuary, the nervous system finds rest, the heart softens, and the spirit remembers its connection to all that is. This journey is both personal and collective, offering a carefully woven mix of online sessions, guided reflective questions, journaling practices, and in-person gatherings to support deep self-exploration. Participants will be guided through immersive forest trails, learning to walk with reverence, observe nature’s teachings, and tune into the sacred messages of the land. The in-person experiences will provide an opportunity to connect with the mauri of the forest, while online content and reflective exercises will allow for continued growth and insight beyond the physical space.
