Manawa Ora is a rongoā Māori tincture made with kawakawa, one of the most treasured native rākau of Aotearoa.

Traditionally valued for its cleansing, soothing and balancing qualities, kawakawa has long been used to support circulation and the wellbeing of the body. Manawa Ora also honours the deeper relationship between kawakawa and the manawa—the physical heart, the spiritual heart and the place from which we connect with ourselves and others.

Our kawakawa is grown and harvested on our own whenua following tikanga, then carefully prepared at our Rongoā Mauri clinic. Each bottle carries the journey of the rākau from the whenua to the finished rongoā.
