This workshop is ideal for beginners who are interested in learning about Rongoā Māori. No experience is necessary. You will learn some of the medicinal properties of plants that are easily accessible and learn how to make wairākau (herbal infusions), panipani (ointments) and poultices for specific ailments. Join Joanne Hakaraia, healer, teacher and student of rongoā. We will also touch on the mauri of rākau.
Open to everyone.
