I would love to invite you to my hometown of Otaki, Ngāti Raukawa ki te tonga.

This Rongoā Retreat is to complete our year of Rongoā and to share with each other and heal each other. The whenua the retreat is on is Waihoanga and once belonged to my tipuna. It is located at the foothills of Tararua maunga and the mana that emanates from this special place is magical. We'll have the mauri of the Otaki river flowing alongside and there will be space for a cleansing pure. We will go deeper with the rākau we have spent time with over the year and complete the space.

There will be one last assignment that you will bring with you to the retreat. The assignment will be to create rongoā in the expression of your rongoā journey this year and korero a waha. I'll go over it in more detail as we get closer to the date.

Cost is $270 which includes 2 nights accommodation. 

We've tried to keep costs as low as possible and still provide the comfort and beauty that only a retreat can provide. Rest assured, it will be a fulfilling weekend of rongoā.
