I invite you on a spiritual retreat of traditional plant medicine - RONGOĀ in the beautiful ngahere of the Caitlins - Te Akau Tai Toka. An exploration of specific plants and how they facilitate deeper levels of healing for the hinengaro, tinana and wairua (mind, body and spirit).
We will be staying at River Ridge Retreat surrounded by the primordial sound of the forest. With its comparative remoteness and stunning vistas, it’s a great destination for our Rongoā Mauri Wānanga.
Rongoā carries the mana and the mauri to penetrate deep into the tinana and flow where it needs to flow to unblock, loosen and release old patterns of energy. Rongoā holds the energetic blueprint of purity. As it flows in the tinana it finds a way to clear stagnation and bring to the surface unresolved conflict within the tinana.
