Rongoā Mauri Workshop - Plant Medicine Immersion

Step into a day of learning with the living medicine of the forest. In this intimate rongoā workshop we gather in small numbers to learn directly from the plants, exploring how their wisdom can support healing of the body, mind, and wairua.

Because the group is small, the day often unfolds in a natural and personal way. We explore how rongoā can support the body and mind, and we may reflect on the ways stress, trauma, and life experiences are held within the tinana. Participants are welcome to share their own experiences of health or wellbeing, and we look to the plants around us to see what teachings and support they may offer.

Each workshop is slightly different. There may be moments of kōrero, quiet reflection, journaling, or simply spending time with the plants themselves. The intention is to create a safe and grounded space where learning about rongoā also…
