Learn to listen to the language of the body.
Te Whare Kura is the first level of Kaitohu Wairua, a healing modality I have developed through approximately twenty years of working with whaiora (clients), observation, hands-on practice and learning through wairua.
A Kaitohu Wairua learns to perceive and interpret ngā tohu—the signs, sensations, images, sounds and subtle messages that arise through the body, mauri and wairua. Before we learn to read another person, however, we must first learn to know and prepare ourselves.
In this short kōrero, I introduce Kaitohu Wairua and Ngā Pou e Toru—the three foundational pillars that underpin this mahi.
