Kaitohu Wairua is a two-level workshop pathway designed to strengthen your matakitetanga, deepen your ability to read and interpret tohu, and guide you in using your tinana and hands as vibrational instruments for healing.
Level One: Te Whare Kura Foundational Healing is an immersive weekend wānanga that opens the doorway into the living world of rongoā and the sacred language of the plants. You will be guided to slow down, to listen deeply, and to reconnect with mauri — the vital life force that flows through all things. Through ceremony, forest immersion, and hands-on practice, you will learn how to identify and prepare simple rongoā using common native plants found around the home to support everyday wellbeing.
