I have been a Rongoā Māori practitioner for over 20 years. The mauri of the plants has always drawn me closer, and over time I have developed my own way of connecting with them, through meditation, contemplation and reflection.
Today, this is the practice I share with you.
The Rhythm of the Collective
Each week, a plant steps forward. We sit with it together, usually for a week, and sometimes longer when the plant asks us to stay.
Morning Meditations
Mon to Thurs, 9am (NZ time).
Live Plant Mauri Meditations, sitting together with the plant of the week
Friday Gathering
Fridays, 3pm (NZ time).
We come together to share what has risen through the week with the plant.
The Library
Available any time.
Every meditation is recorded, so you can sit with the plants whenever suits you, wherever you are in the world.
