KAITOHU WAIRUA WORKSHOPS

Facilitated by Joanne Hakaraia-Olson
Workshops $650

Kaitohu Wairua is a pathway of learning that develops the ability to listen deeply to the language of the body, mauri, and wairua.

A Kaitohu Wairua is one who learns to observe the subtle signs that arise within the body and the spaces surrounding it. Through presence, touch, and intuitive perception, the practitioner begins to recognise how the body carries messages through sensation, emotion, imagery, and movement.

This training explores how healing may unfold when we listen carefully to these signals. Participants develop the hands as instruments of perception, strengthening matakitetanga (intuitive sensing) while learning to hold safe and sacred space for healing to occur.

The pathway unfolds through three levels of learning:

Te Whare Kura — Awakening the Healer Within
Preparing the body as the vessel for healing and intuitive perception.

Te Ātea & Te Wā — Walking Between Worlds
Learning to recognise the sacred field where healing and insight emerge.

Te Whē — The Language of Sound and Vibration
Exploring how vibration, sound, and subtle perception guide deeper understanding.

Through guided practice, hands-on learning, and reflective awareness, participants begin developing the skills of a Kaitohu Wairua — one who learns to listen to the deeper language of life.
