RONGOĀ MAURI TRAILS
RECONNECT | RESTORE | REVITALISE

About Rongoā Mauri Trails
Restore, Reconnect, and Revitalise
Rongoā Mauri Trails is a wellness walk that harnesses the wisdom of nature and the life-force of the forest to enhance mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Rooted in the principles of Rongoā Māori (Indigenous Plant Medicine), this experience invites you to unplug, recharge, and reconnect.
Participants are guided to reconnect with nature as a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery. This journey explores the forest as a reflection of the mind, offering a sacred space to release emotional burdens, restore inner peace, and cultivate a sense of balance.
