Join us for a Rongoā Mauri Workshop, a traditional plant medicine workshop held at our whare hauora. This will be an intimate day of learning where we explore the living medicine of the plants growing around our clinic.
Held in small groups of only six participants, these workshops provide a hands-on opportunity to deepen your relationship with rongoā rākau and the healing practices used within our clinic. Each workshop unfolds in its own way, guided by the plants that are present and the needs of the group on the day.
During the day we will walk among the plants growing on the whenua and learn how they are used in our healing work. Participants will be introduced to plant identification, the preparation of traditional remedies, and the deeper understanding of plant mauri.
Each workshop unfolds organically depending on the plants in season and the needs of the group.
