A New and Refined Formula
 
This throat spray has been part of my practice for nearly ten years, carefully made and thoughtfully refined over time. Through experience, feedback, and deep listening to the rākau themselves, the formula has evolved into a balanced, layered blend of native plant tinctures and concentrated infusion, gently bound with honey to create a soothing, refreshing mist for the throat.
 
This updated expression brings together plants traditionally valued for their clearing, settling and protective qualities. The tinctures provide strength and structure, while the plant infusion softens and rounds the blend, creating a mist that feels both grounding and gentle.
 
Mingimingi adds a light, spacious quality to the breath, while tātarāmoa introduces a subtle calming presence — supporting moments when the voice, throat or mind feel strained or overworked. Kawakawa and kopakopa contribute their soothing nature, and tōtara and angiangi bring depth and integrity to the formula.
 
A touch of honey binds the plants together, offering a smooth and comforting finish.
 
The result is a fine mist that tastes clean and forest-fresh, settling warmly into the throat with ease.
