Kūmarahou is a treasured native rākau of Aotearoa, traditionally valued for supporting respiratory comfort and seasonal wellness.
Prepared as a tea to:
• Support clear airways
• Encourage the body’s natural clearing processes
• Provide gentle support during congestion
Kūmarahou thrives in clay soils, drawing deeply from Papatūānuku — reflecting its traditional use in releasing heaviness and restoring balance.
Our Kūmarahou is harvested purposefully from our whenua, dried gently, and prepared as a loose-leaf tea to honour the integrity of the plant. This is a rongoā best met with respect, presence, and intention.
